Mobile LIDAR (MoLi pronounced "molly") is the latest technology that SSI has embraced. SSI has been a leader utilizing Leading-edge instrumentation. With this technology and our professional staff, SSI can provide detailed surveys in a fraction of the time as was previously possible.
Moli is has 2 LiDAR (Light Detection And Ranging) sensors capable of collecting 600,000 pts/sec. This allows SSI to collect detailed topography at near highway speeds, The use of MoLi allows topographic and asset management surveys to be completed safely without disruption and lane closures for the motoring public.
